Terms of service

1、 Responsibilities of bingcargo

1) The liability to the sender under this clause is limited to the direct loss and does not exceed the limit published by each mode of transportation. Our company cannot guarantee that all goods and their invoice packing list and outer packing can be checked one by one. If the goods are detained by the customs, rejected or returned by the addressee due to the problems of the goods themselves, invoice packing list and packing, all expenses and responsibilities incurred shall be borne by the sender.

2) If the Amazon warehouse is rejected due to packaging problems and labeling problems, our company will not bear any responsibility.

3) Goods that do not meet the import requirements of the destination country cannot be shipped! If the export goods need to go through the approval, inspection, certification and other formalities, the sender shall submit the supporting documents of completing the relevant formalities to our company. However, our company has no ability to identify the authenticity of the authorization, inspection, certification and other documents required for the export of the goods. Our company acquiesces that the relevant documents provided by the sender are true and effective. If the goods are returned, seized, detained and destroyed due to the lack or invalidity of product authorization, certification and other related materials, all the responsibilities and related expenses will be borne by the sender. If economic losses are caused to our company or the third party, the sender shall bear corresponding responsibilities.

2、 Sender's responsibility

In case of any of the following circumstances, bingcargo will handle the goods according to the requirements of the sender in a reasonable manner, and the additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the sender:

1) The recipient refuses to accept the shipment or pay taxes;

2) The shipment is considered unacceptable;

3) The customs considers that the customs clearance information of the sender is inconsistent with the actual goods (the sender of the customs clearance invoice issued by the goods is bingcargo. If the customs requires to provide the customs clearance information stamped by the real sender, the sender shall cooperate with the customs to handle it by itself);

4) The recipient could not be determined or found.

3、 Compensation Ordinance

1) The back-end express shall compensate for the lost goods according to 40 / kg, and the freight will not be refunded. The back-end Express has collected and confirmed the lost goods,

2) According to the official compensation standard of express delivery (the maximum compensation is US $100 / ticket),

3) Customers of high value goods can purchase commercial insurance by themselves,

4) If the problems caused by the customer's concealment or failure to provide product related information are not within the scope of compensation,

5) After the goods are received, if there is any objection, please raise it within 14 natural days. No claim will be accepted after the time limit

4.Restricted delivery of prohibited products

Matching liquid powder category (MSDS is required)

Note: bingcargo has the right to sample and open the goods for inspection without notifying the sender in advance. If restricted or prohibited articles are found, a fine of 1000 yuan will be charged as the inspection fee for prohibited articles.

5、 Cargo inquiry

In case of any of the following circumstances with respect to the freight mode that can be inquired by the carrier, the sender can apply to bingcargo for inquiry:

1) The goods do not display online tracking information according to the normal processing time;

2) The goods are not delivered successfully beyond the time limit of commitment of the selected mode of transportation;

3) The delivery of the goods is displayed on the query website corresponding to the selected freight method, and the recipient responds that the package has not been received;

4) The addressee's response is that the goods are damaged or reduced, which is inconsistent with the goods sent;

6、 Transportation delay

The delivery time published on the bingcargo website is the time from the time when there is an operation record on the corresponding query website to the arrival of the goods, but does not include the time of picking up the bingcargo, the time of sorting in the sorting center and the time of customs clearance. These are not commitments and do not form part of the agreement. Bingcargo shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delay in transportation.

7、 Force majeure

Bingcargo shall not be liable for loss or damage caused by reasons beyond the control of the carrier. These causes include but are not limited to: natural disasters, such as earthquake, tornado, storm, flood, fog, etc; Force majeure such as war, air disaster or embargo; Defects or characteristics inherent in the cargo (whether or not bingcargo knows); Riot or civil commotion; Acts or omissions of persons who are not employees of bingcargo or have no contractual relationship with bingcargo, such as the sender, consignee, third party, customs or other government departments; Labor and capital incidents; Electromagnetic damage or deletion of electronic audio-visual pictures, data or records.

8.Warranty and Liability of the Sender If the sender violates the relevant laws and regulations or the following guarantees and statements, the sender shall bear all the expenses and compensate for the losses and damages caused to bingcargo: 1) All information provided by the sender or his agent is complete and accurate; 2) The goods are prepared by the sender or his employees on the premise of safety; 3) The person who prepares the goods for the sender is trustworthy; 4) The sender shall ensure that the goods are improperly disturbed by others during preparation, storage or transportation; 5) All marks of the goods are complete and accurate, the address is clear, the packaging is proper, and it is suitable for safe transportation with general attention; 6) Comply with relevant customs and import and export regulations, as well as other laws and regulations. Special note: once the customer agrees to accept our services, our company will default that the customer has read all the remarks in this price list in detail, and default to all the clauses, and strictly follow the remarks.

VIII. Warranty and Liability of the Sender If the sender violates the relevant laws and regulations or the following guarantees and statements, the sender shall bear all the expenses and compensate for the losses and damages caused to bingcargo: 

1) All information provided by the sender or his agent is complete and accurate; 

2) The goods are prepared by the sender or his employees on the premise of safety; 

3) The person who prepares the goods for the sender is trustworthy;

 4) The sender shall ensure that the goods are improperly disturbed by others during preparation, storage or transportation; 

5) All marks of the goods are complete and accurate, the address is clear, the packaging is proper, and it is suitable for safe transportation with general attention;
