Ltd.(www.zgnpe.com),founded in 1995 in Shenzhen / PR China, presently organized with several companiesover 500 staff and annual turnover of approx.USD225 Mio.About 100 staff areworking in the European traffic lane. Service portfolio covers international sea, air,rail and truck logistics and also courier business. A company with over 20 years ofinternational shipping experience，next step was international expansion towardsEurope due to the developing Amazon and courier business and increase servicelevel.

NPE Logistics Co. ltd arranges the consolidation，storage and internationaltransportation for several e-commerce companies from China to Europe via gatewayslike Piraeus,Rotterdam or Hamburg.BING CARGO GMBH is taking over for the lastmile deliveries in Germany and other European countries like Spain，France andBelgium.

BING CARGO GMBH has own 5000sqm warehouse space in Neuss/Germany incl.2xloading docks,and 5x own trucks,presently 20 permanent employees,includingexperienced German drivers. We also have a controlling stake in German companyTitandix Vertriebs GmbH, a German company with more than 10 years history.

The Shanghai Branch of BlNG CARGO GmbH will be inaugurated in September 2022.

Next step in Germany is to open a new company called Euro Pai (欧洲派), newlyestablished German local logistics company specially serving e-commerce sellers.First truck is already using the brand name canvas.

And to complement our services and control the service level we will also open ourown customs clearance company in Rotterdam by the end of 2022,with our owncustoms clearance license.
